Ok so as you all know RHA/Campus Activities is throwing a video game tournament this saturday April 14th from 7:30pm-1:30am. As I said at the last few meetings.
I’m writing this to see if anyone one in the SIGGRAPH group would be willing to help set-up/tear-down the event. This would entail helping us haul the equipment up the Mareltto’s, setting everything up, and possibly tearing everything down. How its gonna work is as soon as Marletto’s closes on Saturday, around 6:30pm, we will get into Marletto’s and start moving everything and setting everything up as fast as possible. Since we only have an hour we need as much help as possible.
If you are worried that you will not be able to play in the tournaments because you are helping out, don’t be. If you help out you can still play.
If anyone is interested in helping out, and please we need all the help we can get, or if you have any questions, just shoot me an email over to zmuh11@aol.com

I’ll be able to help out. I encourage anyone else available to come and help too. This is the kind of event that SIGGRAPH might want to co-sponsor in the future, and I think it would benefit us to have a presence there.

I really want to thank anyone who came and helped out tonight with the tournament. It was a big success, and we made four ppl very happy.
