“202ed”? So do something already.

I created a Web site to streamline the process of issuing help desk requests. Go to websterhelp.com any time you have a problem with the INTM areas. This form will be forwarded to support@webster.edu and should generate a help desk request. My site will also put your information into a database so we will have a record of these as well.

Whether or not the problem is solved I want you to continue to use this site, because if we have unresolved problems we need to know that also (and if every problem is solved…great!)

Include things that you don’t expect to get resolved (e.g. software updates free and otherwise, equipment needs etc.) because these will help me to make arguements for changes and additional materials based off of students’ needs.
