Go to the following link and download the the Student Travel Authorization form.

If you fill out this form and you keep receipts from the San Diego trip, Debra Carpenter (SOC Dean) will provide some funds to help out from the Dean’s Discretionary Fund.

On the form just put in your expenses as you know them and request that amount of funding.

Fill in whatever you can on this form.

Some obvious elements here are:

Conference Fee $345

Air Fair apr. $400

Hotel apr. $300

DO NOT FORGET TO DO THIS—THIS IS FREEE $$$$$. If you need someone on this end to help let Jen S or me know.

Okay everyone, reminder that there is a Modelers meeting tomorrow in 202 at 5.  Bring crap.

Also, there is going to be a brief Lead Animator meeting afterward, so if anyone is counting on being a Lead Animator in the fall, please come around 6:30 7ish if you’re not already at the modelers meeting.  Or just come to the modelers meeting… because we’ll probably still be going by the time 6:30 rolls around

I’ll be staying afterward to work on the DVD.  PLEASE help me.

Sanjin, I need your walkthrough.  Bring it.

Sorry folks, it looks like a no-go for the Mariott.  Shame yes, but we’re staying at the Comfort inn, and there’s a lot there to serve us as well as bus passes so don’t be sad!
