Go to the following link and download the the Student Travel Authorization form.
If you fill out this form and you keep receipts from the San Diego trip, Debra Carpenter (SOC Dean) will provide some funds to help out from the Dean’s Discretionary Fund.
On the form just put in your expenses as you know them and request that amount of funding.
Fill in whatever you can on this form.
Some obvious elements here are:
Conference Fee $345
Air Fair apr. $400
Hotel apr. $300
DO NOT FORGET TO DO THIS—THIS IS FREEE $$$$$. If you need someone on this end to help let Jen S or me know.
