Hello my fellow interactive peoples. I’m working at a company called touchwood creative and we could really use some part time help, 2 or 3 people actually. We need help correcting xml (like typos or other simple corrections). If you understand code or just how tags work you’d most likely be good to go. We also have a large flash project to get out. An understanding in flash 8 is important. Hours are flexible and pay would be somewhere between $12 - $16 depending on your skill set. Please contact me if you are interested. Include a resume if you have one and your technical background. It would be helpful if you let me know how many hours you would like to work. Below is an outline of skills needed for our most current project.
- Experience editing graphics in Photoshop and Illustrator
Developers will need to be able to crop and maybe tweak screenshots of the respective web apps for use inside the Flash animation. The ability to mimic set styles is greatly appreciated.
- Experience creating timeline based animations
Developers will be taking the aforementioned screenshots and animating them inside flash. Animation types include showing the user clicking on buttons, filling out form fields, manipulating a slider control, and scrolling.
- Access to Flash 8. All swfs will need to be Flash 8 player compatible
- Development Platform preference isn’t a huge issue. Just keep in mind the developer will have to watch WMV’s which isn’t inherent of OSX.
- Experience importing mp3’s into Flash and animating in sync with audio.
